Chilean-German finance professional working at the intersection of European capital markets and Latin America. Currently an MBA candidate at London Business School, focused on venture capital and private equity.
He started his career in Santiago as a financial advisor at Capitalizarme, an early-stage Chilean proptech, where he spent two years close to the operating side of real estate.
He then moved to Madrid for three years in financial services consulting. At BBVA's Global Markets division he managed the technology project portfolio underpinning €200M+ of growth investment. At Santander/PagoNxt he helped build more than ten FX solutions for corporate and retail clients. Along the way he passed CFA Level I in 2023.
His background sits across capital markets, real assets and technology delivery — and across two regions that don't talk to each other as much as they should. Longer term, he wants to keep building that bridge: European institutional capital into Latin American businesses, and Latin American operators into European markets.
He is a Venture Advisor to Onwards VC, a seed-stage fund investing in the US and Latin America, and a shareholder in Grupo Inarco, a diversified Chilean family group in construction, real estate, logistics and energy.
